You're the first on here I think in quite some time that has been offered an interview. If you have in the past, I must have forgotten, but for others refresher, would you mind sharing your experience and background?

I am an 6000+ hr ATP that has done time in 121 and currently 91 Corporate. I have EMB 145, Phenom 100 and 300 type ratings.
There were three of us in the interview yesterday. There was an presentation on what the company is all the freq asked questions. We did a round robin type of interview. I started with the 26 ? test, then HR, then two on one pilot interview.
The test had some pretty tough questions but was managable.
There were some ATP type, AIM, Regs, NOS chart, VOR Service volume questions.
The FTW base mangaer sat with me and just chatted while I was waiting for the other interview sections. The HR and Pilot (Asst Cheif and Cheif Pilot) Interviews were very nice and straight forward. They ask about your background and why you want to come to EAS.....no tech stuff in HR or Pilot Interview.
The interview was a real pleasure and I hope to get an offer soon.
EAS is a growing company and has a real drive to treat their people well.
Good luck to all.
