However, to suggest that Capt Morse had some path to a JCBA is the joke of the year. The reason we DON'T have a JCBA is because Capt Morse totally dorked up the handling of our involvement with the DOJ at the beginning of this merger. To suggest that if Capt Pierce had acquiesced to the UAL MEC's preferred method of dealing with profit sharing we would be on the doorstep of a new contract is WAY out in left field. We might have an extended TPA, but it's RIDICULOUS to think we'd have a JCBA. Come on....
