Well, if it's the best thing you can get on your plate right now, then there's no harm in doing so...but many people get hired at the regionals just for having the flight experience and being able to pass an interview. XJT internship, in my opinion, is better than nothing, but I'd pursue Majors/Legacies/LCC's first.
