Individual liability of ALPA members is
NOT the question. It was not More Bacon's question, and it's not my assertion even though my previous post may have alluded to it. The question IS: Can individual ALPA members be assessed by ALPA or have their dues increased by ALPA to cover ALPA's liability in a DFR violation? The answer to that is unquestionably YES.
