I have actually been using just "AirShare" followed by the flight number and I think the controllers enjoy that. It keeps it short for them as well.

As for the flying of multiple aircraft -- my colleague above has already discussed this, but the CP and DO are getting the company away from having anyone operate more than 2 aircraft at a time. My proof is in their actions, I am a C90B and KA350 Captain, and when it was merely mentioned that I might be a good candidate to fly as SIC on another aircraft, the CP respectfully explained that they want to have me keep my head in the King Air. Sounds good to me!
As hiring continues, things are improving... more and more... RI -- I think your coming in at a good time.
