Expressjet made the decision to not seek one list. Expressjet had a surefire 100% guarantee to make it happen and they chose not to use it. Skywest isn't going to vote in a union for years to come if ever. For skywest inc. to have one list using the only avenue that is left would take this entire decade most likely. Pretty much everyone in this thread will have moved on by then. Making one of these silly threads every 6 months isn't going to do anything other than get everyone wrapped around the axle. Best just focus on working on getting more for your respective airline.
