Of course we'll stand together. As long as DALPA is our bargaining agent, I'll twist their collective arms to fight hard for us. I know they will ignore me, but I'll twist arms anyway. I will also twist the arms of DPA leaders to continue the card collection as a Plan B if/when DALPA's TA is horribly weak. We are pilots. We are all about Plan B's. You should understand that.

Great plan, divide the pilot group with half-truths and lies. I'm sure this philosophy will lead to an industry leading contract. Is this really your battle plan for section 6?
You know as well as every other pilot that the DPA is dead. They've completely lost any momentum and now they're desperate. They continue to throw their BS arguments against the wall hoping something will stick.
I certainly don't mind an honest debate concerning the pro's and con's of pro active engagement vs. traditional union head banging tactics. There might even be a time when a discussion of an independent or a national union is in our best interest. But NOW is not the time. It's time to wear your ALPA pin. Show you support your representatives so they can leverage that solidarity into an industry leading contract.
