This is just the opener of the company of course they are going to shoot for their most "idealistic" contract. If anything I like this proposal as is shows AA managements "view" of the negotiating power of APA. AA has just showed their hand and they are backed into a corner. Stand strong guys and don't give in the company will cave!!! Set the bar for the rest of your employee groups to follow.
