Not sure how long you have been at UPS, but I will tell you that we had a management pilot who was fired for trying to organize into the IPA. Guess who was on the company side? The IPA president. There is a letter sent by BM to the NMB that reaffirmed the management structure. The IPA has had their chance to address the structure but instead, they punted.

The IPA has to remember when they point their finger at UPS for this structure, three fingers are pointing back at themselves.
