Well this statement certainly blows the UAL "career expectations" out of the water. I've been at CAL since mid 1998, flowed back to Express for eight months, and have been a captain at CAL for five years. Guess CAL pilots career expectations must be a LOT better than L-UAL.
Well fortunately for R-UAL, longevity will be taken into account by the arbitrators. Guess the blows your seniority fantasy grab out of the water.
