Career expectations are only if your company stays in business. Three years ago UAL was dying on the vine. Don't know of too many arbitrators that would have said you had much to look forward to. JMHO
Ahhh, but if you check the financials for the last independent year, you'll see a much different story. I'd argue that those numbers are much more relevant.
