Career expectations are only if your company stays in business. Three years ago UAL was dying on the vine. Don't know of too many arbitrators that would have said you had much to look forward to. JMHO
Then how did this dying carrier post better profits than CAL in the 3 or 4 quarters leading up to the merger?
