He spends more time on here arguing than our FPL ALPA mustachio wizards! BTW his QOL would be greatly affected and he is smart enough to realize it!
I'm only "smart" enough because I was educated by the old guys when I was a new guy back in the 70's. They told me over and over again that Scope was Section 1 for a reason.
I've only got 4 years left, so my backward movement due to outsourcing won't hurt me as bad as somebody with many years left. My motivation is to pass on what I've learned over a 33 year career, and hope that the next generation can restore our once great profession. That will never happen unless the next generation knows what the most important things are to prioritize.
