I believe the actual hub tour is only open for customers, VIPS and employees (not 100%).

But I do now you can request a ramp pass from Management and take your family to aircraft, aoc etc. I think there is a age limit (14 i think) and you need to give security a time and date you plan to show. Contact your manager and they can point you in the right direction, mine did.
