But I do now you can request a ramp pass from Management and take your family to aircraft, aoc etc. I think there is a age limit (14 i think) and you need to give security a time and date you plan to show. Contact your manager and they can point you in the right direction, mine did.

I once scheduled relatives for the hub tour. It turned out they couldn't attend and I had to cancel (so I'm sure you can schedule relatives).
Sorry, I don't remember how/who/where I scheduled ... Seems like a good question for your FOS.

I checked a couple of months ago. Family members are NOT allowed. Only customers (businesses) and employees. It could have changed in the last 60 days but I doubt it.
Best I remember, I went to home.fedex.com at work and typed in keyword Hub Tour.

I took my family of a tour of flight ops and the sim building. They were not allowed out to the airplanes or a hub tour. I had to get the VP of operations to sign a letter just to get them inside the secure area in flight ops. This was about a year ago. I called my flight ops specialist and he gave me the VP's secretary info and she had a form letter.

Yep, building tours (flight sims and AOC) are doable but they are not going to allow anyone but the business customers and employees on the Hub Tour. I think it's crazy.
