It's absolutely hilarious that you say this, because on the other side of the house, (separate companies though), it was the same way. TSA mgmt also wanted all the UAX flying that eventually went to ExpressJet while we were in negotiations, as well as I'm sure countless other RFPs that came and went. Look where that thinking got us.
