I don't understand the logic of your argument. I already stated when you accept wages for less than those of other regionals you give incentive to majors to outsource more work to regionals. Then you counter by saying what other option do you have? How about a regional that has better work rules/pay? All regionals are not the same. That argument is flawed.

Sadly enough the problem with the industry is not only the naive types in this thread that would happily fly a 70 seat jet for 50 seat pay; but also those that are ok working for a company specifically designed to circumvent a pilot group and their contract. We should add them to the list according to your logic since the contract is irrelevant! You see how idiotic your logic is? Not all regional carriers are the same, some like gojets are subpar.
