Wants and reality don't usually go together.

I'm sure you are aware that "relative seniority" is not one of anchors to which the attorney's and arbitrators will be basing their arguments on. It's not part of the M&I guidance.

Your statement sounds more like a flame post than a true observation. If it is a fact that this is a "want" of "95%" of CAL pilots, then many will be VERY disappointed with the SLI.

Relative seniority is a windfall for at least 30% of the pilots at CAL. Windfalls are not allowed under the guidance given to the arbitrator.

Don't be so sure about your percentages either. There are quite a few CAL pilots near the top that want DOH. How much power do you think those individual wield with your merger committee?
