Actually, I've been pretty harsh on ALPA's coverage of that lawsuit, pointing out the source of what I consider to be bad legal advice ALPA handed out to not only the TWA MEC, but our own as well.
Didn't the TWA MEC also hire a separate legal team? And can they really say, with confidence, that they would have been better off of they called AMR/APA's bluff and maybe all been on the street without a number anywhere?
I'm a pretty big critic of ALPA but this 1.5 billion dollar do-over they think they are going to get out of the hydes of all of us is sickening.
