The company stopped working with the union about 3 weeks ago if you ask your negotiating reps, and menkles in particular wants nothing to do with the pilot group now that the scare tactics didn't work. He was going to file all along to restructure, he was just hoping for an extra 5% off the top before the courts get to it for supporting evidence of "we tried to work with them" to support his case against those greedy labor unions.
