As far as the bankruptcy questions. The union will make its case. We are unsecured creditors so they have to at least listen to us but at the end of the day we don't matter in that regard. We will probably make out better in terms of labor under a democratic president. We are only average in costs, there is not much the judge can reasonably take from us but that depends on what judge we get.
