Skywest is unusual in that if you fail three parts of your upgrade training, they can theoretically terminate you. This is extremely rare however, they will bend over backward to get you through and the very few cases where this has ever happened were known attitude problems. The downside of this is that it is theoretically possible that you could **** off the wrong person at some point, fail upgrade, and get fired.
