I disagree. 100 hours instrument. Period. Not actual, just instrument.
If you have 100 hours of hood time is a C150 and ZERO actual you meet the mins.

Skywest is unusual in that if you fail three parts of your upgrade training, they can theoretically terminate you. This is extremely rare however, they will bend over backward to get you through and the very few cases where this has ever happened were known attitude problems. The downside of this is that it is theoretically possible that you could **** off the wrong person at some point, fail upgrade, and get fired.

in my group interview, the 100 hours instrument was paramount. The interviewer specifically asked, "how much of that is simulated?"
I said, "none", thinking "in a simulator", not hood time. He then said that at least 100 hours had to be not hood time. Yes, I guess that includes some sims.
Anyhoo, we didn't really dwell on it. But 100 hours seemed to mean 100. I'd most DEFINATELY go to the job fair, if you're even semi-interested.

I went to a meet and greet with 1200 hours and 160 multi. I was told they were really looking for 1500+ hour people but to keep updating my online app until I get it and I should hear something from them. I was bummed but then a week later I got an email inviting me to an interview and was subsequently hired. So I wouldn't take everything they say at a meet and greet to heart. While at the interview I met the same guy and he said he remembered me and was glad I could make it. So who knows.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. This is exacty the info I was looking for.
I'm going to go to the Job Fair. It sounds like the worst (and most probable thing) that can happen is that I will get some questions answered, and be told to try again, when I get a little more instrument time. I will post my experiences, here, after 3/15.
