Does anyone know the current rules concerning nepotism at UPS? Thus far I've gotten conflicting responses from people within the company and need to know if I'm wasting my time applying (because I have an extended family member that is a UPS pilot). This issue is not addressed in the online application.

Does the policy only include immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister) or does it extend to first cousin, second cousin, aunt, uncle, etc? YES only immediate family

Also, is this question addressed in the interview?YES
