Expressions of interest mean they are trolling for business. Word gets out that Garuda is getting CRJX and every cockroach like crew leasing company crawls out of the sewers vying for their share of the pilot pimping pie.

The T&C are crap. The current scale completely lowers the bar for expats. I think they are banking on tools getting a chubby over flying a CRJ-1000. Whatever.
