Well...maybe something not showing up on your record is a different matter than something not being considered an incident. Sounds like you had one for sure but you were not found causal so you don't need to get dinged on it when it comes to disclosure. If the Feds were investigating, I'm sure they either had to classify it in form or another. They weren't out there investigating *nothing*
