You know without a doubt that at the interview someone will say "Why Skywest?" Without fail it will be there. So what are the answers for those of you that are already working there? I know what i said and why I like Skywest but what about the rest.
I was asked this question durning my interview. Also asked "Convience me why SkyWest should hire you?" Just be honest and from the hart. List all the reason why you want to work there. If you give them a standard "Canned" answer they will know and it will not help you at all. Be honest, why do you want to be there? I did and they invited me into the family!
