Feed backs about PBS: Panamenian Union
We are in Colective bargain with Copa Airlines, we propposed the PBS and they agree but at them manner....we are loocking for tips on how to avoid the disagreements between pilots and management. What are the clauses or provisions to negociate before building this great step on PBS.
What are the correct terms to negociate?
