Your facts are so wrong that you have be to intentionally fabricating this crap. Let me guess...

You don't have a degree, you interviewed at SKW and got rejected (probably at least twice). You interviewed at a few other regionals, also rejected. Now you fly night cargo in an ASEL. Right so far?

Now let's set the record straight (we are talking about SkyWest here, not mesa):

The hourly rate is better than average.

The work rules are very good, and combined with performance bonuses provide very good compensation compared to most of the regional industry.

Actually the hourly scale is not too impressive, it's the work rules and bonuses that make the difference.

Lies, all lies. The rigs are very good by regional standards.

All airlines are either already on or going to PBS, which has some tendency to reward seniority. My experience is that it ALWAYS gives me the specific days off I need, even when I'm bidding junior.

I like it that way, it minimizes the number of morons that I have to be exposed to at work.

This doesn't really happen. If that changes, then we'll get a union.

Lies, more lies...they actually have a policy of not junior-manning crew members involuntary. They can call and ask, but you can always say no (I always say no).

Sorry it didn't work out for you, I realize that not everyone makes it in this industry but don't come on here and confuse all the newbies with totally bogus info. It's not nice.
