Fleet allocation at EAS
For those who have more than the minimum hours and good experience in terms of aircraft flown (RJs and above), how is aircraft type(s) determined at EAS? Purely based on fleet need at the time or do they place people in specific aircraft types based on previous aircraft experience?
For example, if someone has thousands of hours on RJs or corporate jets, does that mean Phenom 100/300 is more likely? Who would qualify initially for the King Airs but not the Phenoms? What would disqualify someone initially from Phenom fleet consideration?
