In agreement with USMC- it sounds to me like pretty weak premises to be logging SIC in this airplane even if by some abstraction of the FARs it happens to be legal. The approved operations manual of any company in the US operating Citation Bravos is going to have a 100% clear statement on who is cleared to fly any Bravo they operate from either seat. It will say whether or not they allow their captains to operate single pilot, or else they are recommended to crew with happy-come-lately people with a few hours of piston multiengine time. Chief pilot + owners + insurance company will be 100% clear on this, and you can bet on that.
