I was hired with two type ratings and 150 turbine, and over 4000 total. In fact, it made my interview go very easily. I don't think too much time is an issue if you have the rest of what they are looking for. In fact, when I was hired towards the end of last year it seemed they were looking more for attitude, personality, and skill set more than certain numbers. Obviously, things like DUI or excessive moving violations would be an issue, as is failing more than 2 FAA checkrides.
