Our side's(XJT) most junior FO has known his schedule for days now while your most senior still doesn't know or just found out. Our lineholders have known their schedules for weeks. While this may not be a "PBS" problem, I hope you can understand why we want nothing to do with your guys completely screwed up scheduling system.
This issue was caused by a series of poor management decisions. Since we are now mismanaged by the same group, this "scheduling system" is coming to you too! Welcome!
