I don't care what you say, no regional reserve guarantee is more than 75 hours/month. it is not fair to talk about lineholders because once you are a lineholder, you usually always go over guarantee and at least where I work you get time and a half for it! I was talking about a reserve pilot! I understand that living on the west coast, that unless you want an 11 year upgrade like at horizon, that there are not too many good choices of regionals and skywest is easily the best. And your union blast, what if your roles were reversed with the ASA guys and you got the short end of the stick? I don't think you would be praising the almighty Skywest ideology like you were earlier. these guys and gals have lives outside of flying and they are really getting the shot end of the stick! I am not saying that the pilot group has much to do with that but it just shows how management values the almighty $$$$$ over their employees happiness.
