In IAH I fly with mainly junior FO's, and almost everyone of them are maxed out by PBS just like I am. The level of frustration with PBS, and lack of work rules in IAH is beyond the boiling point with most pilots I fly with (exceptions of course). I won't even get into reserve, it's a mess at L-CAL. L-CAL is hiring, but it's a day late and a dollor short. CP office keeps saying it's going to get better. I'm still waiting......
