The current spreadsheet has 591 Colgan pilots and 235 9E 900 pilots. They did say they will be evaluating staffing levels - it sounded like to me they want to run an understaffed model again. It wouldn't surprise me if they furloughed 900. I also imagine between now and December another 200 pilots will leave. That would leave about 1800 pilots. I'm not sure how training/transitioning would work, also how do the new rest rules effect this? Does anyone foresee any extension of the Q and 900 flying (meaning they fly until the end of the year)?
