Cold one says that bag fees will start as soon as they can figure out a way to save face. That, or GKelly truly is satisfied with seeing meager margins at LUV... but I'll betcha the shareholders won't take kindly to his leaving several hundred million dollars on the table... In the business world, it's all about earnings.. even in THIS retarded industry.
Personally I hope they never start charging bag fees, because that makes it all the more easy to "compete" with them..
