We've had a couple of part timers, but they usually don't work out very well and hardly ever fly since first priority is to fly the full time guys. We did have one part timer that did well though, he was a police officer and flew on his days off. SInce he had tues, weds, thurs. off he actually flew a fair amount. Where I work in on demand freight there's almost no weekend trips at all.
