I have become interested in ACMI outfits and would like to apply to a few in a little over a year. I would like to start preparing for interviews because I am sure there are a lot of things that are literally foreign to a domestic 121 regional pilot. Does anyone have any good material, books, or tips to help me prepare?
If you end up at an Omni interview, just show up with some basic instrument skills (for the little sim eval, which is not a big deal), and a personality that people can be around for 18 days at a stretch.
Honestly, if you're invited to Tulsa, the job is yours to lose.
