Probably in the 5-8000 hour range... I am sure there are some with less and some with more... but I am thinking thats a pretty good sweet spot.... it might even trend a bit higher than that.
I wonder if there aren't 'sweet spots' for each community from which they draw their applicants. For example, I know that Delta has hired a bunch of people from my former community (and similar communities) and none of them had near the times mentioned above.
