Thanks for the inputs. I'm just trying to think of the different ways to build ME while I'm still active duty. One thing that will make it easier is to know where my next assignment is going to be, then I can focus on an area. Right now I'm supposed to PCS next summer, and that should be my final assignment since retirement will follow it up.

EDIT--wanted to add in that I'm trying to PCS to Luke AFB in Phoenix. Seems that would be a good location to find some part time work while I'm still in the service and some good networking opportunities until I retire.
