Jetblast do us all a favor and stop flaming the PBS vs line bidding argument. That's been beaten dead in other threads. You want to start that up again go on the crackpipe or go back to the PBS thread. This thread is for reserves and those being affected by it to talk about the issues at hand and what can be done to improve it.
Reserve runs deep at ASA, 4 years from DOH on the 200 and I'm sure 4.5 for some on 700 in Atlanta. The system isn't designed for this and needs to be fixed.
The may bids are another example of this company wiping their collective behinds with us and the union refusing to do anything about it. Clearly the union Isnt concerned with the april 27th recall. Why don't the number of lines to active pilots in Atlanta match up? Why the abundance of 7 leg days? Why why are we making everyone in Dulles fly 100 hours? Don't worry, CT says we have a good balance of staffing that should allow us to"meet our summer demands without sacrificing quality of life for our crew members.". Any bets on when the next it doesn't matter how we got here email comes out?
