I worked for them over 10 years ago so I can't speak for how it is today, but it was the funnest flying job I've ever had.
Flew Chieftains back then and they had 2 228's and were just getting 328's. Pay was much better than CFI pay and you got ALOT of twin PIC time. We used to fly over 100 hours per month and usually made around $2500/mo. Don't know if they hire you as a captain now like they used to or if you just get SIC time which would make a difference.
It wouldn't hurt to at least go interview with them, feel the place out, maybe talk to a couple of guys that are working there, and see what you think. A guy that I used to work with is still there and is their CP and the same guys own the place so I would imagine the culture is alot the same. If you get on the good side of the owners, it's a great place. If you **** them off, your life will be miserable.
