I have the same question about Silver, GL, Cape, etc. Could be sh** central.
The ATP rule only applies to 121 airlines. Cape Air is 135 and you need your ATP to fly for them anyway. Cape Air should not be mentioned in the same sentence as Silver airways either. They are not some bottom feeder airline. They pay their pilots well and provide excellent training.
