I think crews should be paid as soon as the door is closed, but the beacon should only be used for engine operation or aircraft movement.

I believe Delta uses the beacon.
FNWA aircraft are rigged by the brake. FDAL are rigged to the beacon. I believe all are being changed to the brake.
