The Union lawyer said this was not even part of the equation, airlines carry insurance that cover accidents. I would think training costs and a senior pilot group as well as the inability to get any new contracts that pay enough to make a profit will prevent the company from exiting BK. Longterm it might be good if all the regionals start going belly up, it would force the majors to do their own flying.
