Operationally we have the 8 hour limit in the CBA for 2 pilot crews but the scheduled limit (bidpack) is 7:35 max block for a 2 pilot duty period. That helps as well to protect against any FAR that allows higher limits.
Just talking what we have not what could be changed through negotiation.
