He says trust me to make things work. I look at his past and current actions. So far, what I see in Doug doesn't inspire me based on the team his currently leads.

I'd certainly have a different view of Doug if his own house was sterling, but alas it isn't. I'll stick with the AA team until they're relieved of duty.
