"The company has made an effort to conclude these negotiations"??...and the company remains commited to reachin one"?? This sounds to me like more UCH company dribble but, I honestly can't tell who wrote it. I will assume it's company propaganda and not from J.P. It's getting harder to tell the difference these days.
