Spoke with a higher up at an FBO recently. They have a couple Citation's that he said were new to the operation.
If you want to stay local, you don't mind the mundane out and backs, and you're willing (or needing) to fly a turbo prop, you can make a career out of Menards. Company is doing well, and the flight department is big. You'll see a lot of turnover of the entry level positions (at least when hiring gets ramped up), which is good for those who stay around.
It's not a company to avoid in other words, but it's no 3M.
